A Word from Our Managing Director

We’ve just completed the latest edition of our 2025 DMS Summit Series – what an event it was and what a ride it’s been.

When we first set out with the DMS Summit Series concept, the goal was simple: create a space where leaders could step outside the daily grind and engage in the big conversations – leadership, transformation and innovation – with honesty, practicality, and just the right amount of provocation.

Judging by the energy in the room at our recent DMS Summit Series Event with the brilliant keynotes from Gary Fahey and Elton Brown, I’d say we’ve done just that.

The events have seen executives lean in, challenge assumptions, and share openly about the realities of navigating today’s business environment. Last week whether it was Gary’s straight-shooting life-experienced perspective on leadership & transformation, or Elton’s insights into the Universe’s tried & tested SOPs for successful transformation; the common thread was clear: the future belongs to those willing to adapt, evolve and lead with clarity.

What stood out for me personally was the spirit in the room.

This wasn’t about PowerPoint slides or polished corporate lines – it was about rolling up sleeves, asking tough questions, and building connections that will continue well beyond the Summit itself.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for your time, your insights, and your willingness to engage.

You’ve reminded us once again that real transformation isn’t something that happens in isolation – it’s built through collaboration, conversation, sprinkled with a bit of courage and vision.

At DMS, we’ll take the momentum from this series into everything we do – continuing to back leaders and organisations who are serious about growth, resilience, and future-proofing their supply chains.
