Partnering with DMS, CR implemented the Logility Digital Supply Chain Platform, which significantly improved forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and supplier collaboration. The adoption of Logility resulted in optimised inventory, a 95% DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), and a 90-95% reduction in time spent on Excel-related tasks. CR plans to continue leveraging Logility for ongoing supply chain optimisation and recommends it for its robust capabilities in streamlining operations.
