<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">With the theme &#8220;That the Jewel in the Crown of an Integrated Business Plan is an Effective Demand Plan&#8221;.  The conference emphasis was on the Business Management applications for the Demand Solutions™ softwares.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Let the delegates speak for themselves.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The delegates were asked to send a Postcard to their colleagues back at their respective offices&#8217;.  Throughout presentations is a random selection of postcard comments written by conference delegates.</span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Demand Management Systems are annual sponsors of the NSW APICS Student of the Year Award. The 2011 award went to <strong>Hanumantha Rao Venkata Sesha</strong> in recognition of his performance in achieveing outstanding results for the examinations undertaker in qualifying for the American Certificate of Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through NSW APICS.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Lloyd Sheather, Managing Director, Demand Management Systems presented the award to <strong>Hanumantha Rao Venkata Sesha,</strong> and runner-up <strong>David Jarman</strong>, at the Annual APICS Celebration evening in September.  Lloyd commented “I have not swayed from the opinion that APICS CPIM education is the best supply chain management education offering available,”.  Mr Sheather, who also holds the CPIM certification, congratulated the winners and said that “Demand Managements Systems was proud to be supporting students as they sought to improve and maintain professionalism within the supply chain industry.”</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The award includes an opportunity for the winner to attend the SMART 2011 conference, allowing for his further professional development.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Outgoing <strong>APICS NSW President, Chris Hogan</strong>, acknowledged the contribution of sponsors and corporate partners. Demand Management Systems was praised for their ongoing support of APICS and their commitment to encouraging the furtherance of supply chain knowledge and excellence.<span id="_marker"> </span></p>
