Demand Management Systems has sole Australian agency responsibility for the marketing and distribution of the full range of Demand Management Incorporated software solutions all of which are marketed with the trademark DEMAND SOLUTIONS™. The distribution responsibility includes North and South East Asia.

The organisation was established with the primary objective of marketing the 'PC' based software Focus Forecasting. The name for the software has subsequently been changed to DEMAND SOLUTIONS™ forecasting. The organisation has expanded to include the marketing of the DEMAND SOLUTIONS™ family of softwares which address the full scope of inventory and supply chain management. There are currently more than eighty installations of DEMAND SOLUTIONS™ in Australia.

As a result of client interest we have become involved in both education and consulting for Manufacturing, Distribution and Service organisations.

As principal of the organisation, Lloyd Sheather brings an extensive range of career experience having served in a variety of management responsibilities from the sales and customer interface through to the engine room of manufacturing.

Of primary interest is the range of activities that are included in the scope of Demand Management, Inventory Management, and preparation of the Master Production Schedule or Purchasing Plans. These activities are the basis for the 'game plan' for the company and they really offer the greatest scope for fine-tuning any company's operation.
